罗马尼亚王国在玉碎瓦全扩展包中获得了独特的国策树，在后续版本的免费更新中，部分国策进行了顺序调整和内容扩展^[1]。未启用上述扩展包时，罗马尼亚王国将使用通用国策树

罗马尼亚国策树分为7条主线：

维持大罗马尼亚线: 这条线将使罗马尼亚王国加入共产国际、轴心国、同盟国，或者与波兰和捷克斯洛伐克一道成立隔离线阵营（Cordon Sanitaire）。然而不同于其他国策树的是，这些意识形态国策之间并不互斥。

民用建设/国防工业分支: 该分支将促进罗马尼亚王国发展工业。完成维持大罗马尼亚或巴尔干霸权后可启用

巴尔干霸权线: 这条线将使罗马尼亚王国傀儡、吞并、肢解保加利亚、希腊王国、南斯拉夫、土耳其、匈牙利王国及捷克斯洛伐克或获得对它们的战争借口.
