拉脱维亚 gets a unique national focus tree with the 寸步不退 expansion. Without the expansion, it utilizes the Generic national focus tree instead.

The Latvian national focus tree can be divided into 3 branches and 3 sub-branches:

Rejoin the Railways Branch

This shared Baltic branch upgrades the industry and military of Latvia. The left side requires investment from a 法西斯主义 or 民主主义 major.

Restore the Worker's Republic Branch

This shared Baltic branch allows Latvia to turn 共产主义 and either become a 苏维埃联盟 puppet or independent. It also allows expansion to the other Baltic states and Scandinavia.

Suspend the Constitution of Latvia Branch

This allows Latvia to modify the Saeima, the Latvian Parliament, to 民主主义 or 中立主义/Militarist. It also allows Latvia to become the Latvian Military Directorate if the military dictatorship path is chosen.

• Formalize the Baltic Entente/ Beyond the Baltic Sub-branch

This shared Baltic branch allows Latvia to ally with the other Baltic countries and gives bonuses to manpower and industry to all allied Baltic country and decide whether or not to unite the Baltic States. It also allows Latvia to ally the United Kingdom or any other 民主主义 faction.

• Empower the Paramilitarists Sub-branch

This allows Latvia to either go further 民主主义 or follow a 法西斯主义 path. The 法西斯主义 path allows Latvia to go against, or ally 德意志国, or go alone. It makes Dievturība the state religion and allows the creation of either 东方领 or the 波罗的海联邦.

• The Threat on Our Border Sub-branch

This allows Latvia to choose which country is the a threat then build up an industry and army after it has capitulated or become a subject to the enemy nation.
