This Achievement requires 哥倫比亞 to form 大哥倫比亞 and be in posession of 10 battleships and 10 carriers.

Strategy

哥倫比亞 starts as a

1. 重定向 Template:圖標 nation. It is recommended to change to
2. 重定向 Template:圖標 ideology as soon as possible. It may be advantageous to push
3. 重定向 Template:圖標 in 秘魯 because otherwise, they will produce more divisions as a
4. 重定向 Template:圖標 nation. Once 哥倫比亞 ideology has been switched, Justify against 厄瓜多 and 巴拿馬. Once that is over, prepare for war against 委內瑞拉. Land forts on the border may be advantageous as they may have a larger division count. Because 委內瑞拉 does not have any ships, Naval Invasion to their capital is possible. Capitulate them and repeat with 秘魯. However, since they have a navy, naval invasions are not possible. Once the decision to create 大哥倫比亞 is available, select it. 哥倫比亞 may continue to expand to other Central American Countries for resources. 古巴 is a good choice because of the large amount of chromium that can be traded for civilian factories. Build Naval factories to create the required ships. It may be advantageous to replace military factories to naval factories for faster ship building.
