Every state in the world is either:

• Controlled by Our Nation
• Is not a core of the below nations:
  • 阿爾巴尼亞
  • 奧地利
  • 保加利亞
  • 匈牙利王國
  • 意大利
  • 羅馬尼亞王國
  • 希臘王國 (except Istanbul (341) )

This Achievement requires 南斯拉夫 to control all neighboring nations' cores except Istanbul.

Strategy

Go for Abolish the Monarchy focus and turn Communist As soon as possible. After turning Communist, justify war against 奧地利 (it may be possible to take it before Germany) and then 希臘王國. 羅馬尼亞王國 will protect them which will give an option to annex 羅馬尼亞王國. Do not join Comintern before staring war with 希臘王國 as the allies may guarantee them. Join Comintern only by focus. doing it directly will block you from progressing with the focus tree. Declare war and defeat 奧地利, 希臘王國 then 羅馬尼亞王國. If Roman Protocol formed it is possible to take 匈牙利王國 as well. Justify War against 保加利亞 when at war with Axis, they will join them as soon as you declare war. Push and control all required states. Annex them if peace deal happens.
