Arms Against Tyranny是《钢铁雄心4》的第6个扩展包，于2023-06-07宣布[1]，发售于2023-10-10[2]与1.13版本同步推出。
扩展包特色内容
北方的四个民主国家似乎对充满掠夺性的邻近独裁国家无能为力。芬兰、挪威、丹麦和瑞典虽然小，但通过巧妙的外交或激烈的抵抗，便有机会避免被征服。在《钢铁雄心4》的新扩展包《Arms Against Tyranny》中，为北欧国家写下崭新历史。
