File:Yunnan.png 滇系 （Yunnan Clique），是位於中國西南的中國軍閥。其北部與 File:China.png 中華民國接壤，西部與 
英屬印度接壤，南與法屬印度支那（French Indochina）相鄰以及在東部與 File:Guangxi Clique.png 桂系接壤。這個國家本身沒什麼大不了的，僅僅有少得可憐的資源和工業。然而，這裡擁有將近1200萬的核心人口，此外，雲南大部分地區是丘陵和山地，這使得雲南成為一個易守難攻的地區。它與 File:Shanxi.png 晉系，File:Xibei San Ma.png 西北三馬，File:Guangxi Clique.png 桂系 和 File:Sinkiang.png 新疆一起，均是中國的軍閥。
背景
1936年
中央政府的軟弱無力給予了野心家飛黃騰達的機會。邊遠地區，地方軍閥盤踞在獨立王國里，對中央政府的命令幾乎置若罔顧。
戰亂將起，每一個軍閥都面臨著艱難抉擇：順從中央政府，或與共產黨合作？兩個選擇都有可能擴大發言權，但還有第三種可能——把全中國收作自己囊中之物。
1939年
抗日戰爭迫使中國軍閥們一致對外，但毫無疑問統一戰線不會長久。遲早有一天，統一戰線將分文不值，而鐵腕野心家們將逐鹿中原，一統中華的大戲亦將再度上演。

國策
File:Yunnan.png 滇系 shares a national focus tree with File:Xibei San Ma.png 西北三馬, File:Guangxi Clique.png 桂系, File:Shanxi.png 晉系 and File:Sinkiang.png 新疆. It may inherit the File:China.png 中華民國 or 
中共 Chinese focus trees.
軍閥的國策樹可被劃分為兩個大分支和三個子分支：
- 穩定內政線
- 此條分支將為軍閥解鎖政治類國策。
- 親國民黨支線
- 此支線將允許軍閥倒向 File:China.png 中華民國。這將會使Chinese national focus tree取代當前的通用國策樹。
- 親共產黨支線
- 此支線將允許軍閥倒向 中共且能夠在
蘇維埃聯盟的支持下將中共取而代之。當取代 中共後，當前的通用國策樹將會變為Communist Chinese national focus tree，並且你會擁有他們原有的民族精神。
- 衝突對抗支線
- 此支線將允許軍閥對其他勢力挑起邊境衝突，倒向日本人一邊並公開聲明建立一個與 File:China.png 中華民國和 中共相抗衡的政府。
- 工業發展線
- 此條分支是國策樹的工業發展線。
