冰島國策樹可以被分為六條主線：

國際貿易線

這條線將在冰島獨立時將經濟法律從 Isolation替換為 Civilian Economy，獲得 Free Trade，給予地圖外工廠，與主要國家增進貿易關係，給予情報機構加成。

冰島王國線

左側分支允許 冰島協助 丹麥進行戰爭，給予工業與科技加成，並最終與丹麥成為平等夥伴。同時，可以選擇保持克里斯蒂安十世作為國王，邀請丹麥親王Prince Knud成為國王或轉變成為共和國。右側分支將使 冰島在 丹麥被宣戰時獲得獨立，最終成為共和政體，但同時也可能成為 美利堅合眾國或 聯合王國的附屬國

他王非我線

這條線將聯合 共產主義者或 法西斯主義者謀求從國王統治中獨立。共產主義線可以讓 聯合王國革命發酵以促使 蘇格蘭、 威爾士和 北愛爾蘭獨立。法西斯主義線將復興諾斯信仰並給予民族精神 Ásatrú 阿薩神族，依靠決議升級並獲得加成。

冰島武裝部隊線

這條線給予軍事方面的加成。

成立北歐理事會線

這條線是由五個北歐國家共享的部分。當一個北歐國家與另一個北歐國家建立陣營時，即允許任意北歐陣營成員完成這條主線的任意國策，且該陣營的其他成員將自動完成同一國策。
