博斯普魯斯之戰添加了在黑海及愛琴海周邊非主要國家的專用國策樹。保加利亞、希臘和土耳其都有獨特的歷史和非歷史國策樹作為它們抵制主要大國控制博斯普魯斯海峽和達達尼爾海峽戰略航線的手段。
:特性包括
保加利亞 國策樹：在分裂的國土上努力平衡各派勢力，或是收回1919年失去的國土。按歷史與德國結盟，或抵制德國對沙皇鮑里斯的壓力，為自由的保加利亞而奮鬥。
希臘王國 國策樹：處於政治分歧撕裂中的希臘，其中立地位由備受爭議的梅塔克薩斯維持。在國王喬治二世的領導下與同盟國建立牢固的關係，追隨極端保守主義者走向法西斯主義，或恢復希臘帝國在東方的輝煌。
