唯有浴血是钢铁雄心4的第五个扩展包，于2022-06-07宣布预告^[1]，在2022-09-28与1.12 版本一同发布。

新功能

在《钢铁雄心4：唯有浴血》中建立一个新帝国，抵抗外来侵略或探索中立的极限。新扩展包为三个国家增加了新的国策路线和多种玩法，以及其它重大变化。

新功能：

新意大利国策树：遵循墨索里尼意大利的史实路线，或通过重回君主制、领导共产主义革命、成为民主国家来改写历史。
新埃塞俄比亚国策树：不畏艰险，抵抗意大利的侵略，或利用独特的流亡政府能力抵抗外国侵略者。
新瑞士国策树: 被法国、德国和意大利包围的山地国家瑞士在中立中找到了力量。平衡了党派竞争和主要国家的提议。
新和平会议选项: 将特定区域甚至整个国家非军事化、竞标战败国的主力舰，或要求控制战败国的资源或工厂作为战争赔款。
飞机设计器：设计并生产你自己的飞机，从迅捷的截击机到皮糙肉厚的轰炸机应有尽有。
单位勋章：每个师的成就日志可以让你跟踪他们的表现，甚至允许你为师长们在战场上英勇的战斗颁发独特的勋章。
禁运行动：通过新的外交行动对他国实施禁运，如果其产生了足够多的世界紧张度，就可以阻止他们与你贸易。
新部队模型：为意大利、埃塞俄比亚和瑞士提供了20多个新部队模型。
新飞机模型：67个新飞机模型。
